Rythmisis Institute recognizes the importance of responsible, efficient, and ethically grounded use of AI in the legal profession.
On 29 November 2025, we delivered a 3-hour workshop in Thessaloniki to 15 lawyers from the Alumil Group across the EMEA region. The session focused on the practical, ethical, and regulatory dimensions of AI use in legal work.
The workshop was led on behalf of Rythmisis by Terpsithea Papanikolaou and Georgios Kotlidas and covered a wide range of topics, including:
- Core concepts and capabilities of modern AI
- Real use cases of AI across different areas of law
- Tools designed for lawyers and the general public
- Ethical and professional responsibilities when using AI
- Legal prompt engineering and best practices for effective instructions
- The evolving AI regulatory landscape
- Guidance on designing internal AI policies
- Criteria for evaluating AI vendors
- Risks, challenges, and emerging opportunities for the legal sector
We were pleased with the high level of engagement, thoughtful questions, and constructive discussions throughout the session. The legal field is transforming rapidly, and equipping lawyers to use AI safely and effectively is central to our mission.
